Olsera was founded in 2015 with a simple mission: to help Indonesian SMEs transform digitally. Along the way, Olsera has served more than 100,000 merchants across Indonesia. Deep experience in understanding business operations and digitalization needs led Olsera to develop the Boarding Management System (BMS) - a comprehensive solution for the port industry.
With BMS, Olsera is committed to transforming how ports and terminals in Southeast Asia manage passenger boarding processes, improving operational efficiency, and delivering a better experience for all stakeholders.
Olsera BMS began not as a product idea, but as a response to real operational needs in the port.
Pak Ali, Olsera's founder, spent much of his professional life inside ports - from Batam Fast Ferry to daily boarding operations.
When port operators in Pasir Gudang and Bengkong needed a system they could trust, they didn't look for cutting-edge technology.
They looked for someone who understood ports. That experience was encoded into one system - not build to impress, but built to work, reliably, every day.
